Command Partners Hires William Steele as Junior Paid Search Specialist

Command Partners is thrilled to announce that they have added William Steele to their growing team as their new Junior Paid Search Specialist. He will be responsible for creating and managing ad campaigns for the startups that Command Partners serves. Each ad campaign must be carefully tailored to produce the best results possible for the client. He also monitors every campaign daily as well as testing and refining every aspect to ensure the highest return for the client.

William worked as a freelance copywriter prior to joining Command Partners. Copywriting is a crucial skill that is involved in creating ad campaigns. It’s not about being savvy or clever with your choice of words, it’s about understanding what works and what doesn’t. He brings that understanding to the Facebook ad platform to bring in the most results.

There are many different kinds of copy ranging from storytelling to conversational copy that William has experience with. He’s written copy for dozens of different clients for different markets. He studies the market and tailors the copy specifically for their needs and desires to generate the highest return. His work has doubled the conversion rate of ads many times over.  

He is completely self-educated and started working as a copywriter. He learned more about advertising and business after each and every client he worked for. He’s taken multiple marketing courses including extensive certification courses from

He became certified in Paid Traffic through, as well as other areas of digital marketing, and studies dozens of business and marketing books to improve his craft. Marketing isn’t just a job for him, it’s his passion.

Traveling from New England, he took the trip to join Command Partners to provide as much value as possible and make a real difference in the growth of startups. The 70 degree winters aren’t bad either.
