Premier Healthcare Alliance is headquartered in Charlotte, NC and provides high-quality, cost-efficient healthcare to more than 2,500 U.S. hospitals and more than 80,000 other healthcare sites. Premier’s mission is to improve the health of communities by connecting healthcare organizations across the country. The company’s ability to connect is its trademark, and is also how they share best practices, solve pressing issues, build new technologies and work together to overcome today’s fragmented system and ultimately drive improvement.

The Challenge

Premier reached out to Command Partners asking for assistance in their strategic rebranding initiatives. At the time, the company was experiencing trouble recruiting and getting its name out in the market. Command Partners’ goal was to increase social media market share by developing a differentiated identity and building off of any existing equity.

Our Strategy

Command Partners entered the partnership with Premier as subject matter experts, and were determined to identify and resolve weaknesses in the brand’s messaging. To determine the reasons for Premier’s lost digital market share, Command Partners performed a social media audit and then composed a 60+ page Social Media Strategy outlining how to increase digital market share through recruiting and brand protection in three, six and twelve month phases.  Command Partners worked alongside Premier’s Marketing Team to achieve these goals.
